Hobbled Farms' next available beef shares butcher date is scheduled for June 16, 2026. If you'd like to purchase a customized share, you can place a $500 deposit to reserve. Full balance due and cut list due before the slaughter date.

$6,200 for a full beef

Price includes the full USDA processing; cut, wrapped, and frozen; ready for your freezer and dinner table. 

Cutting instructions would be customized to you, including the thickness of your steaks, the size of your roasts, etc.
